Reunion News - Photos and useful information for the Reunion weekend
Friends and classmates,
Just two more days! Our reunion is this weekend! We think we've got everything set. The weather forecast looks good. Cool, clear, crisp fall weather!
We've got some news for all and some useful information for folks attending the reunion. Here are the headlines...

Photos of Reunions Past!
Ellen Lane Dozier scanned a few more pictures from our 20th reunion and e-mailed them in. Thanks, Ellen! We've added them to the web site photos here... http://www.dchs71.com/photos
We'll be posting photos from the 40th reunion as soon as we can. If you have pictures of past reunions or pictures of gatherings of Creekers, don't keep them to yourself, don't just post them on Facebook, share them with the class! Send them to Reunion@DCHS71.com and we will add them to the collection.
How many folks are coming?
Well, we didn't break a hundred - just short of it. The final registration tally is 96. We're delighted! The great attendance has helped us to do a little better than break even. We've been able to add a few items to the menu Friday night. Mmmm! Thanks!
Parking for Roger Brown's
Street parking in downtown Portsmouth can be hard to find, even in the middle of the week. Friday night? You may have problems finding anything along High Street near Roger Brown's. Be aware that the Portsmouth Parking Authority has a parking garage a block and half away at the corner of Middle and Queen Street. Here's a map.
Musical Chairs at the After Party?
We've got 96 classmate and guests coming. Kathy has arranged for 78 chairs for the after party. That means there better be some dancing! When you get up to dance, you lose your seat!
Kidding aside, if you have a folding lawn chair or two handy, please throw 'em in the trunk of your car and bring 'em along. They might come in handy Saturday night. Thanks.
After Party is BYOB
Just a reminder about alcohol... As was stated on the registration form, no alcohol is allowed at the Ruritan Cabin. The after party is BYOB.
